From Zurich Main Station

Take tram number 6 (direction Zoo) at the tram stop „Bahnhofstrasse“ or tram number 10 (direction Seebach) at the tram stop „Bahnhofplatz“. Get out at the third stop, „ETH/Universitätsspital“. The ride takes six minutes.

From Zurich Airport

Follow the signs labeled „Bahn/Railway“ to the ticket machines. Here you can buy a ticket to get to Zurich main station by pressing the red button on the bottom left labeled „Zurich City“. This ticket is valid for every train towards Zurich as well as for all trams and buses within the city itself for two hours. If you spend the whole day in Zurich we recommend buying a day pass, which is valid for 24 hours. Go downstairs to tracks 3 and 4, where a train leaves for Zurich Main Station (Hauptbahnhof Zurich) approximately every ten minutes. The train ride takes about ten minutes.

Another option is to take tram number 10 and ride directly from the airport to the station "ETH / Universitätsspital". The journey lasts about 30 minutes.
