VSAT Site

A horizon mask was measured using a compass for the azimuth and a clinometer for the elevation. The view from the proposed location for the VSAT towards south, with the elevation of some prominent points of the horizon as a function of the azimuth is shown in Figure below. Given the antenna pointing from this location to the satellite 'Eutelsat W3', it seems that the satellite is visible.
