I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Earthquake Statistics group of the SED since November 2010. My main topic of interest is the selection of ground motion prediction equations for seismic hazard assessment. Within the SHARE (Seismic Hazard Harmonization in Europe) project, I coordinated the construction a ground motion logic tree for Europe. I am working now within the French research project SIGMA (Seismic Ground Motion Assessment) aiming at improving seismic hazard assessment in France, in particular for nuclear power plant infrastructures. I also worked on the simulation of seismic wave propagation with the spectral element method. During my PhD, I developed a spectral element code to model 3D seismic waves propagation in complex geological media such as sedimentary basins.
