Corinne Bachmann is a postdoctoral researcher at ETH Zurich working for the EU project GEISER. She defended her PhD thesis entitled ‘New approaches towards understanding and forecasting induced seismology’ in August 2011 in the group of Prof. Stefan Wiemer at the Swiss Seismological Servie at ETH Zurich. This work was part of the project GEOTHERM.

Prior to that, she worked with Prof. D. Schorlemmer and Prof. E. Kissling on her Master thesis about the ‘Probabilistic Magnitude of Completeness of the Northern Californian Seismic Network’. She spent one year during her Master studies at the University of Utrecht, Netherlands.
